Long before NO ENTIENDO, Michael made a living bringing people together. Trade shows and conventions were his world: the planning, the pressure, and the moment an empty hall became a shared experience.
After eighteen months in Najayo 20, he returned to that work carrying a different understanding of confinement, judgment, and the stories people tell about each other.
VERDICT is where that experience meets his work as a producer. His memoir traces the road to creating an immersive true-crime convention—and the personal rebuilding that came first.
